Co-Owner / Managing Partner Czabok-Simpson Motorsport

Stephen is a founder of Czabok-Simpson Motorsport and a Co-Owner of the team together with Matthias Czabok.

As a managing partner he oversees the race operation part of the teams Indianapolis based headquarters and race shop.

Besides being a Co-Owner of CSM, Stephen will also be one of the drivers in the team's 2024 two car program in the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge Championship.

As a driver Stephen has 17 Pole Positions and over 70 race wins, including wins at the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona, the Long Beach Grand Prix, and the Six Hours at Watkins Glen.

Czabok-Simpson Motorsport

BJ joined Stephen and Matthias as an equity partner and senior advisor of all CSM motorsport programs.

He is also the owner of Reis-Nichols Motorsports LLC and CEO and owner of Reis-Nichols Jewelers, one of the largest family-owned jewelers in the country.

BJ is also focused on future expansion plans of Czabok-Simpson Motorsport into other categories within sportscar racing and Indycar.

Matthias Czabok

Co-Owner / Managing Partner Czabok-Simpson Motorsport

Matthias is one of the founders of Czabok-Simpson Motorsport and a Co-Owner of the team together with Stephen Simpson.

He serves as one of the teams managing partners of the day-to-day operations for all aspects of the company and race programs CSM is involved in.

Matthias has an extensive motorsport background with over thirty years of experience within the motorsport industry as team owner, driver, as well as in key positions in several racing programs in IMSA, WEC, IndyCar and Champcar.

Czabok-Simpson Motorsport (CSM) was founded by Stephen Simpson and Matthias Czabok. The team is based in Indianapolis IN, one of the motorsport hubs in the United States.

Both founders have an extensive motorsport background with over thirty years of experience within the motorsport industry as team owner, driver as well as in key position in several racing programs in IMSA, WEC, IndyCar and Champcar.

Luis Perocarpi

Luis Perocarpi and Rob Ridgely founded LAP Motorsports LLC in 2008 and established LAP in Indianapolis, Indiana as a leading provider in building, operating and managing race programs and racing teams.

Before LAP, Luis and business partner, Rob Ridgely, worked with racing teams all over North America and Europe with clients that included: ChampCar programs of Patrick Racing, Team Rahal, HVM, Herdez Competition and Minardi Team USA and series such as Formula Atlantic, Indy Lights, Superleague Formula, USF2000, Pro Mazda, Grand Am, ALMS, Ferrari Challenge, SCORE International, IMSA TUDOR United Sports Car Championship and IMSA Continental Tire Sportscar Challenge.

Rob Ridgely

Owner - CTO
LAP Motorsport

Rob Ridgely is the CTO and lead engineer of LAP Motorsports and will be heading up the CSM engineering team.

Since joining IMSA and SRO with several manufacturer supported programs in 2015, LAP Motorsports in its pursuit of excellence, has set several milestones with its racing programs, including:
• Being one of the longest active teams in the IMSA Michelin Pilot
Challenge paddock.
• Highest podium finishes in IMSA and SRO.
• Three straight Manufacturer Championships in two different series.
• Two major off-road titles.
